pause keybind doesn't pause / unpause & behavior summary says i should be able to pause

i dunno what to say, i have double checked that i have P bound to pause but i appear to be unable to pause/unpause matches

i've verified that i can pause in bot matches. dunno what else to say.

Do you have hero-specific keybinds enabled? I just came here to report that I can't pause when I have hero-specific keybinds enabled. If I uncheck it I can pause; if I check it I can't.

Happening to me on newest patch. Have hero specific keybinds, but the bug occured in last patch as well
