Pause Match not Unpausing

My game randomly paused with the Game Pause banner, not Escape menu option. (I may have hit the pause button which appears to be P, but I dont think so).

After pausing, I became unable to click on anything outside of the game. I found that P would prompt a 3 second unpause. the countdown was stuck on 1, and would restart whenever I pressed P.

This bug happened to me inside Hero Training, about when I got up to using the Train lines. I had been messing around for probably about 10 minutes inside before hand and killed the guardian.

I ended up leaving the game but was unable to interact with anything except the Steam settings menu and the game. Had to restart my desktop.

The same situation happened to me in the sandbox (hero Paradox).
After I shot at the balls that were flying near the hatch (where the bot was running with infinite HP), as soon as the ball collapsed, the game itself paused (as if the server had done it). When you try to press it on the P button, it freezes as soon as it reaches the number 1, and, strangely, adds 1000 seconds to the cooldown of all abilities. (I lost the screenshot with the error ).

Seems like this issue is only in Hero Training, from what I've read through atleast. I got the Pause bug after starting a melee attack on the spawn point for enemy Troopers.

i had noticed the game pauses or paused and got stuck in a loop and never unpaused after pressing the P key on the keyboard the 3 second countdown timer starts to try and un pause but fortunately it stops at 1 second and then the game does not know what to do after. Not sure if this is related to training only or match making as well.
