Patron not dropping even though it is at zero HP

[Possom]

Whenever we were dropping the enemy patron, we found that we couldn't for about ~15 seconds. It was at 0 HP and every hit we made on it was Too Far even if we were directly ontop of it as you can see my Shiv quite literally Slice and Dicing through the Patron.
