Bug occurred starting at 24 minutes through the end of the game, our patron had no out-of-combat HP regen whatsoever (as well as some bugged troopers that stood around in base), which ended up costing us the game
Just checked one of my replays and first Patron had no regen. I think the wiki is wrong or at least misleading. I think you and I may have missed a patch note, or Valve may have forgotten to list this as an intended change. I distinctly remember patches on 4 lanes where only dropped Patron had regen.
