Introduce an active 1250 souls Item, which resets your parry (if your parry is on cooldown )

Parry Resetter ( 1250 Souls ) :
Active: Resets your parry cooldown (60s cooldown)
+ 8% Meele Resist
+ 10 % Ammo
-1s basic cooldown of your parry

All numbers are just an idea, your balance team will probably better know how to balance the stats.

Thoughts behind this item:

An item which grants you a bit melee damage resistence and gives you a better opportunity to counter melee builds. A problem of the parry system is, that it sometimes can be unreliable and there are also situations where your timing of parrying is perfect but your enemy actualy makes an mistake and dont hit you with hits melee and you are basically just punished by having a way too high cooldown on you parry system. With an active reseter of parry and some melee resists stats you could better play around melee focused builds and champions.

my problem with melee and parrys right now is that its just not that reliable as a system. Hitboxes can be pretty weird and as I said you actually can be punished for parrying at the right time, if your enemy misses you with his hit. I think the cooldown of the parry system right now is a bit too punishing due to all of this. Also there are items with resistance to any damage type but melee, so it would be cool to have a bit more buyable resistance against it.

PS: I think meele and parry are the most clunky systems right now tbh. Hitboxes can be pretty weird, the parry cooldown is pretty punishing and right now melee spamming can be pretty effective sometimes. It also would be good if there were a cooldown of charged melees if you didnt hit any target with it ( similar to parry ), this would decrease effectivness of melee spamming even more.
