Counterspell is a fun concept, I really would like to buy it. But with how little slots are available it's often too big of an investment over using that slot for Unstoppable. I'm not sure if this is a common sentiment, but maybe there's data to back this up.
Make Counterspell the component for Unstoppable, replacing debuff reducer. Debuff resistence is a mostly redundant stat when you have an unstoppable, but counterspell would be a fun option for when unstoppable is on cooldown or you think you can get away with a cheeky parry. If this seems too powerful, strip some of the stats from these items to compensate.
