Parry bug or intended mechanic?

- If you successfully parry while TAPPING F, the parry window gets reset and you can instantly parry again.

- If you successfully parry while HOLDING F, the parry is on a cooldown, and you cannot parry instantly.

This feels terrible in an actual match and also unintended.

edit: It sounds like you are parrying a second time immediately after, putting it on CD since you parried nothing
