Paradox Wall making enemies intangible?

I knew about this issue from playing a game as paradox, but in my experience the wall shader tends to shift the visuals to the left. You shooting the right side of the Infernus and missing is boggling since usually it's shots onto the left side of targets that tend to miss. Not sure why you have it the other way.

Yeah I know about this, this is not about the distortion. The enemy is becoming completely intangible clearly from a weird wall collision I'm sure. That amount of bullet space completely missing is not normal lol

There have now been a few instances where my bullets are completely missing in games and now I really want to solve this issue. Whats weird is that it's "displacing" my bullets? like they're being offset somehow. standing still and placing the wall right on top of me is the only way I could consistently replicate it. Though it's started happening with things other than my bullets, a few swaps have actually been bugged as well (though it hasn't happened with the carbine???) I have no idea what could be causing this.
