paradox ult doesen't go off instantly

Paradox ult has been broken for many months as it seems to be stuck on quick cast mode instead of the normal instant cast without an option to change this. This bug heavily impairs her carbine swap wall combo and generally feels awful to play. Yoshi please fix!

It seems to me that the issue is the wall overriding the ult and bomb inputs, not the carbine which is strange. I know there was an update regarding stacked inputs, and my guess is that the system for Paradox might be somewhat broken.
