Paradox Time Wall Bug

As the March 6th updates released, Time Wall shall no longer have silence as it has been removed from T3, during today's match, there was still silence effect for the Time Wall, and now is even T2 effect, it was not listed in the updates and in the description.

there was a minor fix patch yesterday that added back paradox wall's silence and made a few other tweaks. it was posted on the forums here: https://forums.playdeadlock.com/threads/03-06-2026-update.114328/#post-217955
