Paradox swap bug? Or hacker

Paradoxical swap hits grey talon and does nothing. In latter timestamp he is carrying urn.
Replay bugged for first timestamp, it only sometimes displays ult cool down timer after the usage. But i definitely used.

Since both are directs hit it's either bugged or he's hacking?

Oh my god. The first one is incredible. He unintentionally dodged your ult with rolling animation as it just flys over he's head. There is some delay to it as replays are not ground truth and not lag compensated. But what a dodge that is lmao.

Second one is just barely out of range. If you slow down the replay and see the range indicator, you can see that he is out of the white ring.

And no, they can't hack something that is server sided. Otherwise, it's a security issue, not just a game cheat.
