Paradox' had her third ability nerfed, as that was the only build being played. But she never received any sort of buff to the other abilities to compensate, and right now is in a rough spot, relying heavily on them to be relevant, and when they are on cooldown she is a punching bag. Here's a potential buff to make her a bit more relevant even when off cooldown.
Her shield is super useful, blocks enemies projectiles and can be a great disable/damage when they walk through it. What if it also acted as a small buff? My proposed change is that when Paradox shoots through her own shield, her shots proc (a maybe reduced version of) the shield debuffs (slow being the default, silence if fully upgraded, and maybe spirit damage-related buffs through items) on hit. Maybe add a bit of spirit damage to the shot as well, to further proc items that got built.
This would make shield a much better utility, not only in a defensive setting or part of the classic shield-ult combo, but also during team fights, as the extra slows and damage can help be more relevant while your other skills go on cooldown.
