Paradox - Kinetic Carbine sometimes shoots enemies forward really fast

Not every time... noticed specifically on Mo and Krill.
I thought they were teleporting away or something but another player said they saw it too.
Bot match ended around 4/23 8:20PM

Noticed this too, saw it on Infernus and the turret lady I forget her name

I think it might be happening when someone is dashing and you hit them.

Yes, it's the worst on bots, they seem to predict when I'm about to shoot and sprint right when I fire.

I only had one game with Paradox with people last night, but I think I saw it once in that game shooting at mo and krill.
