There were lots and lots of threads about Kinetic Carbine and Mystic Shot, so I decided to dive deeper.
As we all know, Mystic Shot procs on Kinetic Carbine. The text of Mystic shot says:
So we assume that Kinetic Carbine is a bullet, and indeed it takes one ammo.
Burst fire also works with Carbine.
HOWEVER all other bullet procs do not work on Kinetic Carbine. These are :
Furthermore, Metal Skin does not absorb Carbine's damage
So the question is, is it a bullet, or no?
