As per title. The Carbine shot will disappear into the void, and the 2nd Express Shot bullet will hit as it's supposed to. Two clips in one video file.
To reproduce: buy Express Shot, charge up Kinetic Carbine, run around at high speed, spam a lot of actions per second or flick really fast right before shooting (I can't find a clear cause but these *seem to* make it happen more often).
