After some testing: found that Mina and Paradox (and probably any other character who goes above Dynamo during his ult?) have become hard to hit with guns, while the attacker is outside of the black hole. There are a few scenarios where you can hit them with bullets outside of the ult (such as being above Dynamo and shooting a specific angle).
They are also immune to Vindicta and Venator ults while being inside a black hole.
