i get the mystic vulnerability but thats literally it, i did have someone in my game run almost exclusively weapon items on bebop and it worked too, i think you just have to go one or the other

a lot of these are pre nerf, shes still a good character but her one shot build was CRAZY before

I feel like Soul Shredder Bullets and Fleetfoot are really good on him. Also, not sure which item you mean with mystic vulnerability isn't it a spirit item?
