this one's a Malaysian femboy gangster with a gunbrella. I heard one of the unreleased heroes may have an umbrella but I thought of this first
visually he's got jewelry and his jacket is kinda gold, and it's draped over the left shoulder and sleeved on the right arm, kinda like how a business person with a broken arm wears their suit jacket
