Splatter an enemy player within 15 units with magical/spirit infused/soulbound/lead paint that reveals their position on the minimap for all friendly players and lasts for 30 seconds. Activate the item at any point during the 30 second paint period to instantly wash away the paint and silence whatever enemy it was on for 4 seconds. The silence is global so long as the enemy still has the paint on them. Cooldown starts when the paint either wears off the enemy naturally or is purged via the silence.
