Paige's Captivating Read can be used and instantly reset its cooldown if she is stunned while casting

1. Use Captivating Read an instant just before Paige is stunned.
2. Captivating Read is cast normally, dealing damage and immobilizing.
3. Captivating Read's cooldown is reset and it can be cast again.
