packet loss 2 months MTR inside

Hi everyone. I've been experiencing packet loss for the past 1-2 months. It's impossible to play, ping spikes to 200-400, and losses up to 30%.
I've already diagnosed my entire computer and router, and I'm confident there's no problem on my end. I contacted my ISP, but they referred me to the game developers. Steam support simply refused to help me, citing the wiki on how to diagnose a PC, and closed the ticket.

I'm asking for help here, at least let me know that the problem isn't with your servers.
I'm attaching MTR traces, which show losses on the last hop, as well as the unavailability of some nodes connected to during gameplay. I also have a screenshot showing the addresses the game connects to during gameplay.

The provider reported that this was due to Valve's server relocation.

There are no VPNs or proxies, the PC is connected to the router via a wire, and I'm willing to provide any information.

This happens at different times, mostly during prime time.

All other games and programs are running smoothly and without any loss.
