Overlapping UI Elements on McGinnis Medicinal Specter

When use Tab to hover over skill, there is an overlap of duration with scaling.

When push Alt, it fixes.
(I am unable to take screen shot of how it looks when fixed, because it requires me pushing Alt+Tab at the same time)
