Values are up to discussion, but the idea is to hand the player a quick free unload onto enemies in turn of not being very accurate at medium to long distances. Best suited for McGinnis, Mo & Krill, Warden, Wraith, potentially Ivy and Abrams depending on how your day is.

something like this could be busted on someone like pocket or shiv since their already using shotguns and don't usually need to care about bullet spread
