I don't want to explain how it's done exactly however from Amber Hand side on Green lane church building by the walker you can get onto the roof then through a method I won't disclose open a door above the skybox if a dev needs further explanation I will provide however without that I recommend either bringing an extension of the skybox down to stop players from getting to the top of the building or increasing the height of the skybox in that specific region.
This bug is quite severe as from on top of the skybox you can shoot through it damaging players, creeps and from specific positions fight the green guardian on the enemy team.
Along with this I haven't fully tested it in players vs bots as I understand that the testing map doesn't have the same protection for out of bounds as the main gamemodes but I have been able to easily replicate a route from the skybox to the enemy base and land on the lower invisible floor and actually kill both shrines along with killing the weakened patron.
Not as useful and viable you are in a way able to exploit the teleporting the player back into the map mechanic to force yourself behind the enemy teams spawn and with good movement get into a very difficult position to punish just above where the ziplines start however the base defence tower things probably kill you faster than you can get to this spot from testing.
Most of the information here isn't completely tested however I thought it was worth mentioning given there probably is a method to avoid the mechanic where your teleported back and get the same results I did. However , I still believe just being in the sky box alone is enough to be severe given you could also bring other players up with you like bringing a vindicta or maybe mcginnis and placing turrets underground. (This can also be achieved on Sapphire however you would need to have access to that region of the map. Also achievable at any point in the game)
