Online coop adds bots on your team

Rather than filling a team with real players the game replaces them with bots. There can be anywhere from 1 to 5 bots.

this happens when there are not enough players to queue an online bot match or people are queuing the hero you are also queuing, so not a bug

This is coop, not a private match. So it is a bug. You're supposed to be playing with other people on your team, not bots
