One Pause in Sandbox

Why can you pause only once in sandbox? Its useful for minute checking of various things, comparing instant damage values, making very minute changes and seeing differences, writing down things and so on.

It was previously allowed now its not. I can't seem to change this in console commands, as citadel_pause will still check if it has been used and default to disallowing a secondary pause feels either like a oversight or intentional. It's sandbox mode, let it be a sandbox.

I understand for general gameplay disallowment, but this is a bit silly.
 
I made a similar thread in the changelog forum about bot matches also having the one pause limit. I understand not wanting to waste people's time in actual matches, but if I'm playing with bots and need to stop a few times for IRL things, let me. Who is it hurting?
