Omnicharge legendary item does not reduce time between charges

The new legendary item in street brawl fails to reduce time between charges at all, causing the ability to have the default time between charges, at least under the circumstances I had in my game:

Playing Dynamo
Omnicharge Signet is enhanced
Had transcendent cooldown
Also looks like i had rapid recharge. Maybe it breaks cause this should push my "time between charges" above 100%

Same here, Rapid Recharge + Omnicharge Signet = 120% reduction but some code exception (understandably ment for something else) makes it no reduction, much sad. Found out in match and tested it in testing range.

Happened to me as well in this match: 53062507

They should make the legendary item an upgrade to Rapid Recharge or make it so that the hard cap in between charges is always at 1 second to circumvent this issue entirely, both work with the 2nd option being the better one gameplay wise

Just did some testing into how the two items work and can definitely say that it only breaks on certain characters, Paige, Mirage and some other characters work fine but doesn't work on Victor at all
