The item is inspired by Hakan’s mechanics from Street Fighter.
Coats you in oil, granting +20 % movement speed and immunity to slows for 6 s.
The first Dash during this time becomes a sliding strike: a 6 m lunge that deals +40 % damage and stuns the target for 1.5 s.
While the oil is active, enemies have a 50 % chance to miss their melee attacks.
