Good for when a support will flank a lane for the team. delaying a response.

Interesting idea. A 1250 item with an active that disables a portion of zipline and knocks off anyone on them, even if they have the 3 second protection could be cool. Enemy comes back to lane after dying and rams face first into this item's effect. Fun.
