Unsure how the Grey Talon Bug happened. I think it was due to me alt-tabbing or something but I have not been able to recreate it.
During the bug Kelvin's model had some sort of big thing in the background. I went to investigate that after the bug fixed itself from loading into a sandbox match and then exiting back out to lobby.
Then as I was scrolling over Kelvin towards Lady Geist in the Roster Menu a flash of some model shows up which I think is what was in the background of Kelvin's model during the Grey Talon bug.
In addition to this Ivy's model had the Grey Talon's arrow at a completely different place than the rest of the models which was curious.
You can also notice a small explosion? or some sort of object in each of the models as well. (All the heroes had the orb I just posted a couple here)
I have recorded and uploaded the footage to Youtube as an unlisted video (I tried to attach it here but was unable to for whatever reason):
