Occasionally, after dying, the game doesn't respond to most KB&M inputs such as opening the scoreboard, moving the character, etc.

As far as I can tell, whenever you die in-game there seems to be a random chance that the game just doesn't register any of your keyboard inputs such as the ones mentioned in the post title. It only fixes itself after spamming left click and the bug can reappear again at random whenever you die from that point forward.

This happens to me about once every two weeks. Sometimes alt+tab fixes it.
I'm using a steelseries apex pro tkl keyboard.
