(not sure if this is a bug) shooting is disabled if you come out of an ability that disables your shooting while it's active

that's it! If you came out of dynamo's third ability for example, and are already holding down left click, your gun wont shoot when the ability is over!

same here, almost sure this didnt happen before the last patch, infernus is extremely annoying to play now because I cant shoot when exiting flame dash
