not ranking up

ive been playing with my friends we started at the same time and they ranked up to emissary but im stuck in initiate. idk if their is a fix for this but im stuck in lower lvl lobbies and this is not my elo and i feel bad for the players im fighting and they think im smurfing but the reality is i just cant rank up im stuck. i also literally just won a game and de-ranked.

I have the same issue, my match history shows more wins than losses so you would expect me to be at a higher rank than what I started with. However, I'm just stuck at seeker 2, this is def not my rank, I'm like 2v1ing my lane consistently.

yeah me and my buds started at the same time and only play together and they are in emissary, but im locked in initiate while on average im goin like 25 and 4 idk how to fix this. I literally won a game and went from initiate 5 to 4.

Unless you have 60%+ WR you aren't ranking up in this system. I had 80% WR one day with 20 games played and I didn't even rank up. Also it's a playtest alpha, lots of stuff still in development. Everyone knows the rank system is laughable at best.

like literally im playing in these ranks with the friends i started with on this game at the same time and since they ranked up and i didnt these are the games im put in but my rank hasnt moved and if it does it moves slowly or if i win i de rank, was literally seeker 5 won then de ranked i dont understand.

my friends are oracle and im still seeker btw like i said before we literally started playing at the same time and we only hop on the game when the 3 of us are on we dont play otherwise. which confuses me because my rank does not go up and by chance i decide to queue by myself i get put against low lvl ppl and then i feel bad since im actively performing in my games.

also this is a picture of the game i just decided to play on my own i was vindicta and i usually play mina but like this is the low lvl games it puts me in when im on my own. i played one the other day as mina in the low lvl ranks and literally went 45 and 2 and i was getting called a smurf BUT I LITERALLY JUST DONT RANK UP.
