Bebop's beam, both his ult and his usual "bullets" hit, they lag behind the crosshair when it moves fast, they have their own "movement speed", which is additionally stated in the new patch. At the same time, its beam can be hitscan, but based on this, if the beam has a tracking speed and at the same time it hitscan, then it is logical that when aiming, I should rely on the visual position of the beam, and not on my crosshair. Based on this, the video is obviously proof nonreg.
