No longer able to watch live matches

When attempting to spectate any match (whether they are fresh, old, in the middle, featured or not) I have the "Connecting To Match" 'Please wait while we connect to the match. This may take up to a minute while the server starts to broadcast.' modal and it stays that way until canceled.

External and internal network traffic appear normal and there have been no configuration changes on my end.

I see no game related UDP or TCP drops by the firewall on my side.

If any devs in here see this: will I get flagged/banned if I load up wireshark to see if connections are trying to go out then failing to add to the bug report? let me know, but I'll refrain until I hear something on here.
