No longer able to use chat?

Didn't do anything out of the ordinary. Actively played and make calls for the team, as my characters require similar things for active play. There were no insults of any kind, but got a chat ban.
How does this work? Cant continue play ranked

UPD. Due to no access to ranked games, I only had a window to play 2 hours for the start of the next season. I was unable to play 7 games, causing me to completely lose my rank.
