New York Oracle New Voice Lines Missing Voice Processing

I went into the Explore NYC mode and went to a New York Oracle stand with hopes for some new lines. To my surprise there were, but with a small problem! They are in crisp studio recording quality, and don't have that special processing they put over the past ones. I assume this is not intended. Thank you Deadlock team for this wonderful patch

Just popping by to confirm its still around. On launch of the game and Explore NYC, first 5 "reports" made by the New York Oracle host have the correct "Over the Radio" sound effect on dialogue; any subsequent ones do not and are studio quality as previously stated. Leaving Testing, and reentering Explore NYC seems to persist the bug, with it following by seemingly random application of the "Over the Radio" effect.
