New update causing bad performance issues

I play deadlock on a Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700KF CPU and a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 with 64 ram, and before the new gods patch I would get a nice consistent 120fps. Now however, I'm experiencing constant dips to 60 or below regardless of gamestate or what's on my screen and terrible stuttering consistently. I would presume this is due to some issue with Intel Cores, as I have seen many other player who use an Intel core as well run into similar issues.

I have much worse performance but only on regular mode for some reason
