After the update on 8/15 it seems like a ton of sounds are getting either purged or lost in packet loss or something, I'm really not sure. A lot of death rattles make no noise every time, the patron gets quiet for a moment mid sentence but there's no other sound played like a hero speaking up. There was an update a few patches ago about purging more sounds when a lot is going on or something but I didn't notice the drop in quality until yesterday.
