New Premier Weapon Item (6,200+ souls)

Have an idea for a new end-game item in the Weapon category. I view it as further enabling on-hit or fast-firing characters, but it could certainly be balanced around or made applicable to other archetypes. Would possibly be the best as a 6,200 soul item (or more if it builds out of other components like boundless spirit) or could be much weaker as a 3,000 soul item.

The item would provide passive on-hit damage equivalent to some amount of base damage (scaling with fire rate and/or bullet damage) that is modified by spirit power (or some other factor). This damage would be spirit damage.

In addition, the item could provide stats such as a modest fire rate increase and reload time reduction in addition to the weapon damage buff that comes with every weapon item. It's probably healthy if it does NOT provide spirit power itself, but maybe comes with some additional light spirit shred to power up the on-hit damage as it scales? Just thoughts. Could also cause a percent reduction in ammo capacity as another way to balance considering the potential power of the item. Certainly not an item you would want to rush without having other buffs to weapon damage and spirit power.

I think that the fire rate and spirit scaling modifiers could be relatively low, so that it's not an obscene amount of damage, but the bullet damage modifier could be higher to enable it as a viable option on characters with slower fire rates and harder-hitting individual shots.

And to round out this item, it would need an equally appropriate name. Something along the lines of "Overclock" or "Mystic Overdrive" stands out to me.

Curious to see what others think of the idea, I am sure it's not entirely unique, but they are my own concepts.

Probably should also have a direct interaction with Escalating Exposure such that the on hit can only procc a stack once ar a rate of 2 or 3 times per second maximum. Basically so it’s not abusable with super high fire rate characters. Maybe this amount could be reduced with duration items up to a new maximum of like 4 or 5 times per second.
 
Its gonna be busted with something like slowing bullets, mystic slow, also they will have to hardcode interaction with escalating exposure.
Same problem as tesla bullets, either too good or too bad, no between or balanced state. It doesnt have any condition to activate and uses core mechanic without any restriction to deal damage. This is ricochet, even with if this item has cd, will further enable high ranged combat. Which is annoying to play against.
