New Paige parry idea.

Since we are on a trend of remaking parries why not remake Paige’s parry to make her “cast” a small shield out of her book just like he does with maces for her heavy melee? I am not an animator to making the concept animation about it but imagine:

Player presses Parry -> she opens up book very widely -> small green literal knight’s shield jumps out of it in the air -> then maybe disappears or goes back to the book.

I like the idea. I don’t know if I’d make her scared, though.

I’d like to suggest that when she dashes, the butterfly appears on her back instead of on the book. I think it would work really well, specially for the air-dash.

hmm maybe! i wasnt going for a scared expression as much as i was aiming for a nervous one, though i get where you're coming from ^^

also post a seperate thread for the airdash. more attention that way!

i ended up making a short animation for this, with basic sound fx
