New meters aren't accurate

Looks like the fill-effect used for the new meters extend slightly beyond the text itself, so there's a delay at the beginning and end of the meter.

Also not a huge fan of this redesign, it's harder to read exactly how much is left, especially if you're not looking directly at the bar, compared to the previous design which was easy to determine in your peripheral vision.
