New heroes are not given out in any case

No matter how many times you try to take them, they always give you the old hero. There was a moment when the new hero was the highest priority (and the three old ones were the lowest), and after they found a match, they gave the old hero, but the new one (the one I chose) wasn't even among all the other players.

This bug is just annoying

they have to be flagging accounts for some reason that cause them not to get heroes indirectly
