New Hero Idea: Ocean prophet,Dorian

(This is just a prototype I came up with on my walk, and all the values are randomly filled in by me, which may result in the hero being too OP. Sorry about that.)
Hero Background: When a new portal from another dimension opened at the bottom of the Bermuda Triangle, everything changed for Dorian. Terrifying predators unknown to his hometown began to appear, and his people began to see the portal as a hope because the creature it summoned would destroy their enemies. As the prophet of the pack, Dorian tries to warn his people that the portal will only bring destruction for all life in Bermuda, but he was banished to the surface by his fanatical people, as his prophecy reveals.
In New York City, Dorian is left to try and adapt to the newness of everything around him, including the dollar, fast food, and the highway. He starts out telling fortunes for other people to make a living, but when he learns about The Patron, he realizes that being banished by his people is only part of his prophecy. Now, his mission is to balancing the power of two Patrons to prevent any of them from being summoned at all costs, before those behemoths of incalculable power destroys his homeland as his prophecy told.

Hero Concept:

DORIAN
Trick with bullets, Turn the Tide.

By literally “attracting bullets” in the front lines, Dorian can turn enemy bullets into his own power. Weaken enemies with prophetic auto-targeting firepower, and seize the opportunity to swirl them into your team's perfect crossfire by rolling up the tsunami.

Default fire: A burst-fire water orb, Bullet velocity is slow at first but will gradually increase. 30 ammo in a clip. Fast reload time.
Alt fire: Zoom.

Ability 1 Bursting Orb
Accumulates a huge water orb that deals AOE damage when it explodes.
Press the skill button to start accumulating water orb. While accumulating, your movement speed will slow down. Hold [M1] to consuming your bullets per second and increase the damage of the water orb.
Press skill button again to fire the water orb, which travels in a straight line and explodes when it reaches its maximum distance or touches an object. Press [M2] to cancel this ability and refund bullets you consume.
Ally can shoot water orb to increase the damage it deals.
*Water Orb will block enemy and friendly bullets.

Upgrades:
1:-8s Cooldown.
2:Water Orb will consume enemy bullets hit on you when it accumulating and enemy bullets hit orb after orb fired. each enemy bullet consumed increase damage by 1%, max 100%.(separated from ally bullets)
3:+50% maximum damage amplification on ally bullets and enemy bullets consuming. +12 bullet consume per second.


Ability 2 Turbulence Shield
Create a shield to redirect the bullet to you.
Creates a shield in front of you and move with you camera. Shield will redirects enemy bullets it touch towards you. Redirected bullets deal less damage.

Upgrades:
1:+2m width, +2m height.
2: -20s cooldown.
3: -25% Redirected bullets damage.


Ability 3 Oracle Mirror
Cast a mirror which redirect bullets to your enemy.
Create a water mirror in the air, and your bullets passing through it will be reflected with perfect precision onto nearest Other Water Mirrors/Enemy Heroes/Trooper/Objectives/Neutral Enemy to the mirror. Each bullet will only reflect once on each water mirror. Bullets reflecting off of mirrors deal additional Spirit damage.
Water mirror could be destroyed by enemy, but it has 60% bullet resistance.

Upgrades:
1:+1 charge,
2: Bullets reflected will inflict 20% movement slow each mirror they reflected through.(Max 60%)
3: -10s cooldown, no longer have cooldown between charges.


Ability 4 Tsunami Rush
Summon a tsunami, drag group of enemies to your teammate.
Creates a tsunami at your feet and accelerating moving forward. Enemies hit by the tsunami cannot move, use stamina and are dragged with the tsunami. Enemies will take damage and their movement will be slowed after they are no longer dragged by the tsunami.
You can shoot on the tsunami and use skills and active items other than movement-related ones(e.g. Warp Stone, Majestic Leap), the bullets you shoot on the tsunami are treated as passing through a layer of water mirrors.
You cannot turn when you move with the tsunami.
When Tsunami Rush finish or tsunami naturally expire, the tsunami will inexplode and drag every enemy still inside tsunami to center.
If you were immobilized when you on tsunami, the tsunami will rush onto random direction until it naturally expire.
*When you on tsunami, Press [M1] to shoot, Press [M2] to accelerate tsunami, Press[A] or [D] to turn tsunami, Press [space] to cancel tsunami rush.

Upgrades:
1: -60s cooldown.
2: Enemies dragged by tsunami will take 20% more damage for 5s.
3: You can slowly turn the tsunami, and use movement-related active items on tsunami now. tsunami will inexplode immediately when you immobilized on tsunami for now.
*Enemy dragged by tsunami will move with you even you blink(warp stone).
