Lore and Concept: Known for their various bootlegging schemes; Bootleg is a notorious gangster who entered the ritual to help expand his smuggling empire. Bootleg is a short man, standing no taller than Ivy. But don't let his small stature fool you!
Weapon: A specialized lever action rifle, inscribed with magical runes
Ability 1: "Imbued Elixir"
Bootleg produces a small bottle of Elixir and pours it onto his weapon, this causes Bootleg's weapon to be charged [the maximum charge you can have on it is 3]. On-target hit: the shot does penetrating spirit damage. When charged to the max [ 3 total charges ], the next shot applies splashing spirit damage to nearby enemy allies.
Ability 2: "Speak Easy"
Bootleg summons a temporary portal to the nearest Cosmic Veil. When allies step through they receive a small health boost and speed movement increase.
Ability 3: "Patsy"
Bootleg can plant explosive bottles inside Golden Statues or Crates around the map. When an enemy breaks one of these items they are pinged on the mini-map and have their controls reversed for a brief period.
Ability 4: "For the Right Price"
For a brief period, Bootleg allows ally players to buy items when not located near a shop, however, each time a teammate takes an item this way Bootleg applies small persistent Spirit Damage to ally teammates.
