New Charge Based item type

I wanted to propose a new charged based item type, similar to restoration locket. I have one for every category, but the spirit item is just a side grade to support the others.

Quicker Charge:
-Upgrades from Extra Charge and Compress Cooldown
-Reduces the Cooldown for your charged abilities and items.

-Supports the other items and makes an attractive side grade to rapid recharge for characters such as lash.
-Might be busted on Talon especially.



-Maybe another Spirit item could be made, similar to old infuser, maybe also with a fortified version, providing caster relevant stats (Spirit power, Range, maybe -10% cooldown on the last used ability (up to 6s)). But nothing concrete.






Regeneration Ritual.png

Regeneration Ritual:
-Upgrades from Extra Health
-Supposed to be a side grade to Fortitude
-Provides healing when not fighting, but only %missing HP, so on 60% hp it would heal you for about 8% maxHP only.

-I wanted to give it a passive like Fortitude but I could only come up with this.
-The maxHP would help with the healing from the item, but you would be more vulnerable against %HP dmg and Opening Rounds would be a direct counter.




-I also had an idea for a 6,4k Item which upgrades from this, providing 5% missing to allies around the player when used, but no concept as of yet.









Brass knuckels.png
Brass Knuckles:
-1600 Item, no upgrade
-I wanted to give an early game damage boost for cheap on a charged based item.
-I tried to balance it with a negative Boon scaling, I targeted around 10% extra Melee Dmg at max Boons, I probably messed up the math though.
-I also gave it 10% slower heavy melee, trying to prevent Abrams abusing it with his 2.

-I could also envision a gun item, maybe "Silver bullets" which does something similar, adding 2.5x base bullet dmg for 5 seconds for a 20% fire rate malus.








Fortified Brass Knuckels.png

Fortified Brass Knuckles:
-Upgrades from Brass Knuckles
-Essentially normal Brass Knuckles without the negative scaling.
-Longer Boost, More Stacks, extra HP + extra Resist
