New characters are bugged when you switch and set builds and queue items. (Reinstalled and fixed it)

OK, so below you are gonna see all the new characters are broken. This was a random bug that occurred after walking through the test zone and switching. I can't recreate i,t but it's now permanently stuck, so I'm reinstalling since verifying the files wasn't enough.
I'm sure I just got unlucky, but it's all new character,s some with missing model,s to some being a full black screen at the wrong angle.

Update: reinstall did fix this.
