Happened with Vindicta, somewhere before 37 minute mark. It fixed about two minutes after I screencapped these. I don't know if an enemy came by to stop them, or they just eventually got it.
Bot keeps running to urn drop off, passing it (because bot moves too fast), running back, passing it, etc.
I tried to screencap some back and forths, I don't know if they really come across:
