Pretty much exactly the title. It seems the movement speed buff only lasts for as long as the bomb is active on the target (and ends when it blows up), and any ability duration that you could have doesn't increase the time the buff lingers (which I'm fairly certain is not consistent with other buffs that abilities grant).
