Why a Upgrade from Monster Rounds?

Monster Rounds is a Item for the early game. It´s pretty popular and many people buy it. But in the midgame this item fall off. Most people sell it ,but with this Upgrade it has a chance to scale better in the mid/lategame.

Why i think this Item is good for Deadlock:

In lowerelo matches most people don´t jungle and even in my matches some people don´t jungle. With this item you can jungle faster and maybe more people go for Junglecamps. Most of the time the Tier Three Jungels are not farmed until minute 20. With this item, even heroes who are not very good at farming can farm well. It also helps the "Jungler" to farm faster. This item makes jungle more competitive and more skillful.

I don't think this is the kind of item we want to encourage players to build. Specifically, I don't think an item that actively encourages players not to engage with other players in a game that is actively about being Player vs. Player is a great idea. Monster rounds is mostly designed to help players/heroes that have a hard time controlling their lane with their gun. It is one of the rare cases that I would say that a T1 item doesn't need and shouldn't have an upgrade.

Beyond that, Monster rounds actually scales up well into mid game anyway as the bonus damage and bullet resist are both percentages, not static values. This means that it actually amplifies the value of other items you build. I appreciate that you like the Monster Rounds item, but I don't feel that an item like this would work well nor would it improve the game.
 
I don't think monster rounds of all the tier 1 items needs an upgrade. Monster rounds is by far the best tier 1 item to hold onto, since it also works on objectives. Heroes like McGinnis when she was viable absolutely teared through high elo just because monster rounds allowed her to split push incredibly quickly.

Most people don't jungle because most people usually have better things to do than waste a whole bunch of time taking a camp (pushing a wave, breaking boxes and statues, heading to a team fight, etc) especially after jungle had their soul values nerfed.

And all those stats just for killing a single candle on an incredibly short cool down? That could be a little broken.

You must be lower than you imagine with that poor attempt of a humble brag, I suppose.

I don't think adding items really solves the issue of low elo players not farming efficiently. They don't farm because they don't know when they should, not because they don't have the means. I feel like the only way for this item to be worth 3k is if the objective shred is just ridiculously strong, which I'm not a huge fan of.
